Commonly accepted editable formats include PDF, Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PSD), and CorelDRAW (CDR) files.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and NEFT/RTGS.

We typically require a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due prior to shipping. Credit terms are offered exclusively for recurring orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, our transportation and logistics operations are efficiently supported by our vendor partners, including FedEx, VRL, DTDC, and over 25 other service providers. Their collaboration ensures reliable and timely delivery across our network.

Most orders will be shipped within 10 business days after you approve your proof online. Please ask the specific sales representative for available turnaround times. Shipping by FedEx takes from 1 to 5 business days to get to you depending on your location.

In the event we fail to deliver the finalized development as agreed, we take full responsibility and will resolve the issue—either through a refund or a replacement. Otherwise, all products are non-returnable, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.
